Eldenhorn is an Extreme peak from the Advanced book. It is the third advanced peak in the game, as well as being the most difficult. This peaks is notable for being the introduction to pitch holds, which slowly drain stamina over a long period of time, containing many crimp holds, pitch holds, and crumbling holds, as well as being at an angle for a large portion of the climb, resulting in it being very difficult to use crampons. This angle also makes it very punishing, as it is rare to be able to catch holds upon falling.

This peak forces you to go fast, so make sure you know what you are doing. It is recommended to do this peak first out of all the advanced peaks, as it is the one you are most likely to die to, and the upgraded crampons have almost no effect on the climb.
