Description
You first obtain the Monocular from Walter at the top of Three Brothers. The Monocular allows you too zoom into things to see things clearer. You also need this item to get the achievement Keen Sight.
Dialogue
Walter On The Top Of Three Brothers
- "Ah, keeping' it together, eh? A fine climb!"
- "As I always say; 'The climb shows yer true character, and the peak frees yer soul!'"
- "Oh while yer here, why don't ye take this monocular? It's a wee bit old but works well enough. Consider it a reward!"
- "Best o' luck on yer next ascents, lad!"
